Returns & Exchanges
Custom Made Garments:
- Custom made garments designed using our JACKET BUILDER are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Personalized items are specially made for you and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled.
- Jackets from LIMITED EDITION section are made to order and subject to a 20% restocking fee should you wish to return.
- There are NO REFUNDS for custom made garments.
Production & Delivery:
- Custom made jackets with embroidery or patches require 3-4 weeks for production, while plain jackets require 2 weeks.
- Delivery takes approximately 4-5 working days after shipping from our factory.
- We strive to meet our internal deadlines, but occasionally there may be delays if materials are out of stock.
- We use DHL and FedEx for shipping orders in the United States and internationally.
Cost Calculation:
- To calculate the cost of a jacket, use our Jacket Builder to select the jacket type, materials, and decorations. The total cost is displayed in the top right corner.
- To calculate shipping costs, add the jacket to your cart and provide your shipping address.
- Jacket prices vary based on materials, sizes, and the number of embroideries and patches. All discounts and ongoing offers are already applied to the jackets.
Shipping Rates:
- US & Canada: $25
- Japan: $40
- Rest of the World: $35
Returns:
- Jackets customized using our JACKET BUILDER are non-returnable.
- Plain (non-decorated) stock jackets require prior authorization for returns and are subject to a 15%-25% restocking fee or $35 (whichever is greater).
- Returns must be made within 10 days of delivery.
- Claims for damaged or defective jackets must be made within 10 days of receipt. Submit requests for authorization through our contact page.
- If decorated jackets are incorrectly or improperly personalized, notify our Customer Support Team within 10 days of receipt for adjustments or corrective action.
- Worn or altered garments are non-returnable. Inspect jackets upon receipt.
- A return shipping label will only be provided in case of damaged goods received.
Return Authorization:
- If you qualify for a return or exchange, email us at info@lettermenjackets.com for a return authorization number to ensure acceptance.
Exchanges (In-stock Items):
- Only in-stock plain (non-decorated) jackets can be exchanged.
- Contact us through our contact page with your order number, specifying the jacket you are returning and the new jacket you want.
- The returned jacket will be credited to the original payment method, and the new jacket will be charged to the same method.
- Shipping charges for the returned item are non-refundable.
Cancellation or Change:
- If you ordered the wrong item or wish to cancel or change your order, inform us within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellation or change requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
